CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to StrummWear.com. StrummWear, LLC and/or its affiliates ("StrummWear")
provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If
you visit or shop at StrummWear.com, you accept these conditions. Please
read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future StrummWear
service or business (e.g., Your Profile, Gift Certificates, etc.) you
also will be subject to the guidelines, policies, terms and agreements
("Terms") applicable to such service or business.
RETURN POLICY
45-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied
with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase
price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 45 days from
the shipping date.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped
within this 45-day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions
listed below. All returned items be in the original packaging complete
and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be
refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued
a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only,
excluding shipping and handling charges.
Should you decide to return your shipment, please follow these steps
and pack your return carefully to prevent damage in shipment. To ensure
proper credit, please follow all steps carefully:
- Contact us first. Please contact customer service via email at: orders@strummwear.com
regarding the return.
- Provide order information. Include in your return shipment your original
order number, a list of the item number(s) and quantity of each item
and the reason for the return.
- Provide credit information. Also include how you would like the return
to be credited. We can send replacement products or substitutions of
equal or lesser value; or, refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping
and handling charges.
- Repack and insure the return shipment. You are responsible for merchandise
until it safely reaches us. To protect your return, please repack items
carefully and insure the full value of your purchase.
- Keep your tracking number. In shipping your return, please use a service
such as UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service that provides package
tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in the mail.
- Handle your items carefully. If the returned items show signs of wear
or abuse, the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking
fee.

At StrummWear, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers

your account or password. StrummWear does sell products for children,
but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other

cancel orders in their sole discretion.

StrummWear respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe
that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement,

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from StrummWear are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you
upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
StrummWear attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, StrummWear
does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site
is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product
offered by StrummWear itself is not as described, your sole remedy is
to return it in unused condition.

without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms
and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and StrummWear.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to StrummWear.com or to
products or services sold or distributed by StrummWear or through StrummWear.com
in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one
or more parties exceeds $5,000 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal
court in Madison County, Mississippi, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction
and venue in such courts.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
